We provide Executive Coaching, and this requires us to understand the aspirations and culture of our corporate clients and the purposes of their coaching initiatives. Our coaching covers a wide range of issues.

Our common approach is to engage the executives in a conversation that enables them to achieve personal development and learning, as they deal with the changes that are a constant fact of executive life.

All of us are trained, qualified and experienced as Coaches and as business people, and we bring a Coaching style to everything we do.

When we work with an organisation we meet with the executive(s) who will receive coaching, together with their bosses and sometimes HR representatives. We identify together the key aims for coaching and meeting together ensures that clear expectations are set and feedback is shared. Part of our role as experienced executive coaches is to engage with the different stakeholders involved in the process and their varying agendas and to ensure that coaching is not used for the “outsourcing of difficult conversations”.
