Workshop: “Explore your Authentic Leadership Style”

In 3 modules of 3-2 days executives from different organizations will link together to consciously develop their authentic leadership style accompanied by two top executive coaches.

This programme provides executives with a refocusing time-out. They will reflect on personal values, competencies and potential and will develop strategies to consciously integrate these personal capacities into their daily leadership actions in order to further develop their authentic leadership style.

During the modules, executives from different organizations will link together and will build a sense of community. Accompanied by two top executive coaches, Antje Croseck and Rita Knott, the participants will be sharing cases out of their daily practice to reflect on challenges and to benefit from each other’s lessons learned.

In reflective inquiry sessions they will deepen their personal self-awareness by exploring biographical behavioural patterns and how they influence their authentic leadership style. They will emerge with an action plan how to overcome personal and organisational barriers and meet leadership challenges.
