We provide facilitation services to our clients and these are always tailored to a specific need. Often they develop from existing working relationships we have with a client.

Working with the client we will help design agendas and then facilitate a meeting or series of meetings for them. These may last several days or a few hours. Clients ask us to facilitate meetings for a number of reasons. Often the team leader (General Manager or business unit head) wants to be a full participant in the meeting, so does not want to chair the meeting as well.
