He is deeply interested in cross-cultural business issues and in helping clients to adapt to unfamiliar work environments. His aim is to help business leaders to achieve inspiring performance and motivation within their organisations.

Patrick set up his coaching business in London in 2003. Since then he has worked closely with a number of Business Schools to coach their alumni and MBA students, as well as working with senior executives in a broad range of companies and financial institutions in both French and English.
